The program
When you give your phone number and consent on one of our forms, by chat, or by texting us, NW Motors may send you text messages about your inquiry — for example, to reply to a question, confirm an appointment or test drive, share vehicle or financing information you asked about, and, with your consent, send occasional offers and service reminders.
Consent is not a condition of purchase
You are never required to agree to receive texts in order to buy a vehicle or get financing. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan. Message frequency varies based on your activity and requests.
How to opt out or get help
Reply STOP to any text to stop receiving messages; you will get one confirmation and then no further texts unless you opt back in by replying START. Reply HELP for help, or contact us at (224) 243-7171 or sales@nw-motors.com. We honor opt-outs promptly and record them so every part of our system stops texting that number.
Carriers and privacy
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. We do not sell your phone number, and mobile opt-in information is not shared with third parties for their own marketing. How we handle the information you give us is described in our Privacy Policy.
