What we collect
When you submit a form, chat, call, or text us, we collect the contact details you provide (name, phone, email), the vehicle or service you're interested in, and basic usage data (pages visited, device type) via analytics and advertising cookies.
How we use it
To respond to your inquiry, match you with vehicles and financing options, schedule appointments, and follow up about your request. With your consent, we may send service reminders and offers — reply STOP to any text to opt out instantly. See our SMS / Text Messaging Terms for how texting works.
Text messaging (SMS)
If you consent, we text you about your inquiry, appointments, and (optionally) offers and reminders. Consent is not a condition of purchase, message and data rates may apply, and message frequency varies. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Full details are in our SMS / Text Messaging Terms. We do not share mobile opt-in data with third parties for their marketing.
Financing applications
If you apply for financing, the information you provide is shared with our lender partners solely to obtain credit decisions on your behalf. Our 60-second pre-qualification does not require an SSN and does not affect your credit score; a full application with a lender may involve a credit inquiry, which we will tell you about first.
Cookies, analytics & advertising
We use analytics and advertising technologies to understand site usage and measure our ads. These may include Google Analytics / Google Tag Manager, the Meta (Facebook) pixel and conversions API, the TikTok pixel, and Microsoft Clarity. You can block or clear cookies in your browser settings and use your device's ad-tracking controls; the site keeps working without them.
What we never do
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it with third parties for their own marketing. We never ask for your SSN, date of birth, or financial account numbers through chat or web forms.
Your privacy rights
You may request a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it (subject to legal record-keeping requirements for completed transactions). Depending on your state of residence, you may have additional rights to access, delete, or opt out of certain sharing of your information; we honor those requests and do not discriminate against you for exercising them. Lead and customer data is stored in access-controlled systems and retained only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law.
